neuehouse venice beach arrives with bohemian southern california vibes

beachside design

Lift the look with a wooden worktop as a contrast and pick out kitchenware that has a touch of colour to it (more on that next). Well don't need to live anywhere near the sea to recreate those laid back, coastal vibes... Since its founding in 2000, McClean Design has grown into one of the leading contemporary residential design firms in Southern California committed to excellence in modern design.

Coastal decor ideas – 20 ways to introduce shoreside colors and textures

"Include it sparingly to increase its impact." Simple touches like using rope instead of chains to hang lighting make a big impact. From glass-and-cedar facades in the Pacific Northwest to deep porches in the Lowcountry, each region has a particular design vocabulary, developed to meet climate challenges and play to the area's strengths. Over time, proven stylistic elements have a way of migrating, even island-hopping, to mix with other vernaculars. This concept of creating an entirely new living room in your garden has been really popular over the last few summers and they do look particularly gorgeous. You can get garden furniture that's as nice as actual living room furniture now – the John Lewis St. Ives range is a case in point.

Charm With Light Green Shiplap

Light gray floorings and pale blue cabinets help this space feel a little larger while also using beach-inspired colors. A small wood ceiling fan also brings natural elements to the room without overwhelming the narrow kitchen. You don’t necessarily have to incorporate coastal colors to bring the design to your kitchen. In this space, marble counters pair well with white cabinets and walls to give the kitchen a light, airy feeling.

And because the kitchen is often a place we go to unwind at the end of the day or to share a meal with others, the coastal look has become a popular kitchen style. Like a surfer whose body movements must synchronize with the powerful flow of the ocean’s waves, beachside architecture should be attuned to the rhythms of the natural world. Beyond aesthetic preferences (who doesn’t like a good seaside view?), there are compelling ecological and structural reasons that beachside buildings must adapt to their surroundings. For this reason and more, many architects who are design for this context opt for cantilevers, or raise their structures above the ground. Blond and white woods with a texture like driftwood still give coastal homes its beautifully balanced appeal. The rougher elements like wood, shell and rope complement soft textiles and wispy sheer or tule curtains.

Here, in the living room of his coastal retreat, he set the scene by topping an economical jute rug with a striking blue-and-white striped dhurrie rug. For the comfortable seating arrangement, he paired a factory dolly-turned-coffee table with slipcovered seating and an indoor/outdoor wicker chair. The blue and white color match dates back centuries, and was often seen on Chinese pottery, and is still popular with today. Avoid a predominantly white space looking too clinical or sterile by decorating with neutrals.

Layer up different weathered coastal colours and add natural materials for plenty of texture and interest. When adding accessories, arrange them in small groups, in a haphazard way, in keeping with the whole informal look. Feeling inspired by all the beach house interiors that floating around Instagram at them moment?

Consider Pink or Orange Tones

Likewise, ceiling fans are employed for mechanical cooling in combination with good insulation, large eaves and sun shading to all windows; trees and water help to cool the backyard space. Try its organic weaves in jewel tones to reinforce the natural beauty of the beach. Here, banquette seating adds a super shot of warmth and pattern to dining tables. (Plus, you can squeeze in more people for dinner.) Try using outdoor-rated fabrics for easy cleanup and worry-free drying.

Seascape Wallpaper

Beautifully-designed by New York-based interior design expert Amalia Graziani of Noor Property Group, honest materials and raw finishes lend natural charm in this calming coastal retreat in Amagansett Bay, East Hampton. In an Ibiza home, local-limestone floors covered in custom Spanish esparto rugs from Antonia Molina, walls in a sandy lime plaster, and a wood-beam ceiling set a rustic tone in the living room. Custom sofas by Atelier Tapissier Seigneur and curtains in a quilted Braquenié fabric; the Oeil cocktail table by Pierre Chapo is vintage, the lacquered-coral sculpture is by Maurizio Epifani, and the painting over the mantel is by Alex Katz. Some people will also use “coastal” as a catch-all term for any interior design style that draws inspiration from or is connected to the beach such as beachy, nautical, Mediterranean, or tropical.

Whether you're leaning into Nantucket vibes, channeling a nautical theme, or going for serene coast, tile is a great opportunity to infuse some character into the space. Take, for example, this wow-worthy tile featured in a coastal bathroom design by Roman and Williams. "Lighting is also a great way to bring in elemental lights that look like a lighthouse or that has basket weaving that can drive a nautical feel without being too over-the-top," says Rebuck. Orientated to enjoy the dramatic views across Western Port Bay, this holiday home provides all the essentials for a beachside getaway.

At least four shades of blue are incorporated in this design by Creative Tonic, including some details that weave in texture—like the velvet couch and patterned accent chair. It’s no wonder we want to bottle up that captivating allure and let it pour throughout our homes in the form of coastal décor. Whether you live within earshot of rolling waves or not, there are countless ways you can infuse this aesthetic into your space. And the best part is that you can turn up the dial as much or as little as you want while putting your own spin on the style.

String up a hammock, throw down some striped picnic blankets, dot some lanterns and festoon lights around, dig yourself a lake and there you go. If you are after a quick, budget-friendly way to bring in a bit of that seaside charm, pick out a few pieces of of tableware. This collection from John Lewis is just the right amount of seaside without becoming too twee.

We love the Scandi feel of the  Calmsden Armchair, upholstered in Lapland Stripe from Vanessa Arbuthnott. Why not pinch this idea and mix the soft coastal look with more striking pieces like sculptural dark wooden furniture? “Incorporating natural elements through color, texture, and plants is the first step to avoiding the cliche seashells and blue tones that overdo a coastal aesthetic,” Dan Mazzarini, a creative director and principal of BHDM Design and ARCHIVE, says. TERRY HUNZIKERTerry Hunziker Inc. is a Seattle based interior design firm specializing in high end residential and commercial projects both national and international in scope.

These small touches combined with white cabinets and cool gray flooring create an airy, beachy space. These interiors feel a bit cozier than any other, but they have the signature light wood in excess. The light woods in Scandinavian coastal design resemble driftwood in color and texture, which give this variant a truly exceptional look and feel.

'Furnishings in coastal rooms often have a nautical feel, with rope accents, seashells, and other beach-inspired details. Decorative approaches can vary from room to room, but often include elements like wicker baskets, driftwood sculptures, and seascape paintings,' says Lily Wili, Founder of Ever Wallpaper. When creating a coastal interior, 'the focus should always be drawing the outside in,' says Allison Babcock, and with its wealth of natural materials, the interior of her Nantucket coastal holiday home does just that. Think the blues and grays of sea and sky, fresh white, gentle neutrals, and bewitching greens, along with pops of red, navy, and yellow.

Make a Statement With Abstract Art

Using ship-inspired navy blue and wood textures are modern coastal kitchen ideas that incorporate darker colors instead of classic light blue. Blend two design styles seamlessly by pairing bright blue vintage style cabinets with a natural butcher block table and rustic cabinetry. The bold colors feel retro and beachy at the same time, while white paneled walls and exposed ceiling beams make the space feel relaxed and casual. A small section of mirrored backsplash also helps this tiny kitchen feel larger. If you want a coastal kitchen idea inspired by the beach more than the water, look no further than this upscale space.

Do: Be inspired by nature and play with color

As blue is known as the nation’s favorite color, it’s no surprise it’s still top of the color trends. While there’s a hue for every style of home, there’s nothing quite like a cerulean blue kitchen idea in a coastal property, where it will echo the shades of the sea and sky. Keep it modern by offsetting the soft blues with a crisp marble backsplash and countertop. Beach house décor has been having its moment in the spotlight over the past few years – and for good reason. This New England coastal style strikes the perfect balance between sophisticated and rustic; like an escape to the countryside without leaving the city limits.

Whimsical Color

All 50 of these coastal interior design firms are uniquely qualified to create warm, sophisticated and livable interiors that reflect an owner’s tastes and enhance the views of some of the most exclusive oceanfront homes in the world. Interior designers often use an artwork as the basis for a room's color scheme, whether they pick out a single shade or incorporate the entire palette from the picture. This approach works particularly well when you're refining your coastal decor ideas, as you can use the image as your guide. While blues are a natural choice for coastal-inspired décor, also consider a palette of cool sea green—which almost has a retro feel to it—and pristine white. Earthy accents, like the bamboo light fixture and fresh flowers seen in this design by Creative Tonic, can warm up the space.

Try Muted Seaside Hues

It also helps tie in many of the other decorative elements, such as the lime green chair cushions, dark blue door, and mahi mahi fish decoration. White cabinets, kitchen island, and paneling serve as a neutral backdrop so the colors don’t overwhelm the small space. Neutrals form the basis of Hamptons and coastal style homes, but the difference comes in the accent and highlights colors. Coastal interior design highlights the lively and laidback aspects of a sophisticated beachy resort.

Seafeathers $1.2 million

The encaustic cement tile flooring in this house is made in Morocco by Mosaic House and is reminiscent of the patterned tiles seen in historic island entryways. Raw poplar adds an updated spin on midcentury wood paneling that reads like abstract art. Don't limit the beach house look to your interiors, get those vibes going in your garden too!

It happens the minute you step through the front door and into that light and airy space—with one big exhale, you instantly feel relaxed, comfortable, and oh, so happy. It could be the sea air and soothing sounds of waves, but let's not discount the decor, from casual layering of no-frills furnishings made of natural materials, pops of fun color, and collected finds from nature. Even if you don't live in the dreamiest little seaside cottage in one of the most charming beach towns in the U.S., you can instantly transport yourself to a seaside locale far, far away with the addition of a few tasteful beach house decor ideas. Check out these 48 dreamy rooms that are packed with beach house decorating inspiration to get you started. Refreshing and relaxing is what a home with a beachy interior design feels like. Crisp whites and neutrals form the basis of coastal interior design, and the lighter, the better.

Play With New Neutrals

“This aesthetic is meant to evoke the feelings of relaxation and ease that waterside living brings to everyday life,” she adds. Coastal design is an aesthetic that can easily be elevated to fit any home style, space, or room size. Coastal decor often includes a color palette of soft blues and sandy shades, beachy textures, and materials like rattan or driftwood. However, coastal decor doesn’t have to consist of cliches like bottles of seashells.

Ocean scenes have been a longtime favorite subject of artists, and seascape paintings have recently seen an uptick in sales at antiques stores and auction houses. While each one looks great on its own, group multiples together for a gallery wall that really sets sail. On a lakeside estate in Uruguay, the boathouse's bench is from Zimbabwe, and the room's colors we custom-mixed by Claessens. On the main terrace of a Palm Beach home overlooking the Atlantic, the sofa, cocktail table, and chairs are byGandia Blasco, the cushions are upholstered in a Link Outdoor fabric, and the rug is byStark; the landscape design is by Peggy Brazzeal. Hans Wegner Flag Halyard chairs in the living room of the same Martha's Vineyard getaway; the antique Moroccan boucherouite rug was found on Etsy, and the floor is bleached oak. In the mudroom of a Long Island summer home, the walls are covered in hand-painted strié stripes, the floor is waxed ceramic tile, and the antique rug is Anatolian.

Rather than solid blue, a lightly distressed kitchen island shows some brown shades as well, which makes the space feel lived in yet polished. Small space solutions such as creating a cubby for the microwave in the island also helps free up valuable counter space. Aqua accents, such as the oven, cabinets, and pendant lights in this kitchen, instantly bring the coast to mind. Lighter elements, like an open island with gold fixtures and a granite countertop, help the space feel larger and more open. A simple blue and white tile mosaic against one section of wall complements the aqua appliances with different hues of blue.

Sandy Hill Beach, popular with snorkelers, is about two miles west of the villa. NeueHouse continues to expand its influence with the opening of latest location in Venice Beach. Standing as its fourth location, the design-minded workspace can be found just steps from the beach and its vibrant bohemian boardwalk. Embracing the spirit of collaboration and belonging, NeueHouse Venice Beach sets out to redefine and elevate the concept of a shared workspace, where collaborative creativity thrives in a Southern California atmosphere.

Light walls will certainly make the interior feel roomier and crips white linen can add a holiday touch to a home. Mixing sandy and white tones can result in a beautifully beach-inspired home. Generally speaking, coastal design is more nautical, and leans into darker elements and touches that feel reminiscent of a captain’s quarters. “This is achieved through the thoughtful layering of dark wood tones, the incorporation of vintage or patinated pieces, and a color palette that reflects the deep, rich tones of coastal waters and the cragginess of the shoreline,” explains Hamwey. Beachy interiors, on the other hand, are breezier, lighter, and less precise.

"The wood walls keep things from feeling sterile," says Mandy, who also introduced an assortment of honey-hued wooden accents to warm up the look. With just a few easy steps, plain home-improvement store garden lattice becomes a unique headboard. These mint-green lattice headboards pair nicely with crisp white sheets and pillows for a fresh beach home feel, while small framed prints of water fowl are a lovely added touch. "Curate a visually appealing space that reflects your unique preferences by incorporating distinctive elements that speak to you," says Emily Spanos of Emily June Designs.

A neutral backdrop in a coastal aesthetic doesn't necessarily need to lean warm. Cool gray tones work beautifully, too, as pictured in this living room by Amy Switzer Design. "If you're looking to create a more traditional coastal or nautical coastal-style home, incorporate stripes," says Meg Young, founder and creative director of Cailini Coastal. "I love using stripes! Whether through rugs, pillows, wall coverings, or bedding, stripes offer a classic and sophisticated look to nods to a coastal-nautical style." Coastal scenes evoke a range of blues from both the sky and sea, so consider leaning into that color palette in your home.

So, it comes as no surprise that coastal interior designs are light-filled and bright. Let in as much natural light as possible by increasing the size of your windows or use a large mirror as a statement that doubles the light. Higher ceilings and light walls will also make your interior feel well lit and airy. Not only can you see the extraordinary beauty of the seaside, but you can also feel the sand through your tones and hear waves crashing on the shore. Curtains flicking in the wind will enhance the sound of the wind, seagrass area rugs add luxurious texture, and rough linen scatters can pull the room together nicely. Light wood floors and furniture are still desirable in modern coastal interior designs today.

This design by Creative Tonic incorporates blue lotus wallpaper, white lamps with scalloped edges, and velvety seashell accent pillows. Wicker has a naturally earthy texture that feels relaxed and lived in, making it the perfect addition to a coastal-inspired décor scheme. From soft color schemes and perfectly weathered furnishings to modern infusions of sea-inspired style, take your cue from these coastal décor ideas that effortlessly combine oceanside charm with sophistication. Atmospheric and characterful, blue tones are inherently linked to a watery path, with a natural cycle connecting sky-born clouds to rivers and seas. Blue colors are a simple way to change the mood of a room, whether it’s with radiant cerulean highlights or dramatic inky backdrops. Try pairing with tonal green and teal, soft, pretty pinks, or warm orange and terracotta tones that fall on the opposite end of the color spectrum for a rich contrast.

The Punchliner Comedy Club Onboard Comedy Shows

list of carnival cruise comedians 2023

Most comedy performances are held in the ship’s Punchliner Comedy Club, a more intimate venue specifically designed for comedy crowds with a shorter, narrower stage and both group and individual seating. On rare occasions, if a particular comedian is exceptionally popular, shows may be held in the main theater to accommodate larger crowds. Comedians typically perform several sets across multiple days, and more than one comedian is usually aboard each ship, particularly for longer sailings.

Carnival Celebration The Punchliner Comedy Club

Since the start, it's been our aim to provide the latest cruise news covering all the major cruise lines. We make sure cruisers are fully prepared for their cruise vacation with tips on ships and ports.Millions of travelers rely on Cruise Hive in the United States, Europe, Australia, and around the world. Worked essentially the same way on the Celebration TA plus some nights there was a late night adult comedy showcase in the theater with two comedians performing minutes each. Comedians vary in quality -- and the one you love, your shipmate might hate -- but shows are always popular, often with standing room only. Arrive early to get a seat, but know that if you sit up front, the comedian might pick on you. If you're watching back-to-back Punchliner acts, Carnival's entertainment staff might make everyone leave the lounge, get in line and file back in, to allow different people the chance to get the choice seats.

The Punchliner Comedy Club: Carnival Comedian Schedule by Ship for 2024

There are capacity limits for every show and popular comedians will attract large crowds. You can find out which comedians are performing each night by looking on the HUB App or on the daily printed Fun Times schedule provided to your cabin each day. Sometimes the same show will be repeated over the course of a cruise, so be sure to check the schedule in advance for the names of the shows. Also, if there are back-to-back shows scheduled and you’d like to see both of them, crew will usually clear the club between shows, so you’ll have to exit and then re-enter. In terms of dress code, it’s “cruise casual” – almost anything goes except for bathing attire, flip-flops, and cut-off or basketball shorts.

On my 7-day Mardi Gras cruise last year we had 6 comedians. On the other hand, many guests prefer the cruise line’s “Your Time” open seating dining option, by far the most popular time selected for dinner. Guests with “Your Time” dining could easily attend an earlier, pre-dinner show. Similarly, guests with later dining times could also enjoy the earlier show. That's the problem you have with a captive audience like on a cruise ship.

What kinds of shows are performed at The Punchliner Comedy Club?

Late-night shows are for adults only, with themes inappropriate for children. On the MG there was a late night show in the theater 2 or 3 times over the course of the week featuring 2 comedians each doing an adult set. Over 7 days there was comedy available at least six days totalling about 40 shows.

Carnival Cruise Line May Be Adding Earlier Comedy Shows

But not all lines and ships use comedy the same way. Smaller vessels and those carrying many international, non-English-speaking passengers skip the jokes or schedule the visual humor of jugglers and mimes. Follow this primer to find the ships that sail with the kind of laughs you crave. Cruise Hive was established back in 2008 and among the earliest blogs in the industry.

We're just off the Mardi Gras and how it worked on there was the Punchliner was used for the adult shows and the Limelight Lounge was used for the PG shows. The comedians would do the same show 3 times each night in that venue and then switch venues the following night. It worked really well as the comedian doesn't have to do two different shows on the same night. It is possible that an early comedy show may interfere with other ship’s activities in the early evening hours, such as trivia contests and other fun. Providing one more option, however, ensures that everyone aboard can find something fun to do at any time. I can confirm that there were 2 comedians most nights in Punchliner and Limelight with overlapping showtimes.

Celebrity Cruises

No list exist, but some of the comedians that are common to do shows on the ships have them posted on their website. I know Allyn Ball has his schedule posted and others have mentioned they have websites that would list their schedule... These guys were all head and shoulders above the comedian they had on Spirit in March last year.

The next time you see them they've added new material. It is clearly hard for them to come up with different sets for 4 different shows on the voyage. Mutzie did a lot of improv, and each show was about 80% new jokes, but Cowboy Bill did the exact same set for 4 shows on two different days.

We’ve partnered with industry leaders to bring you the best deals and the most convenience. For many cruise passengers, one of the best parts of their voyage isn't the elaborate buffets, the casino bets or the booze.

Most major lines showcase humor by way of comedy clubs or guest comedians who perform in the main or secondary theater venues. On the Mardi Gras (and I assume celebration as well), they have adult comedy in the punchliner and pg comedy in the limelight. Frequently there would be a late night comedy showcase in the theater as well.

Carnival Cruise Line employs a wide range of comedians with varied backgrounds and performance credits, many of which have been showcased on Comedy Central, HBO, or other popular networks and venues. No details are available about what such an early comedy show would have for content, but it would be more likely to be a family-rated show rather than an adults-only performance. Could Carnival Cruise Line be expanding their comedy offerings with earlier shows? I talked to 1 comedian that I have seen a few times (and he does change up his routine). He knew the comedian I was talking about and said that some of these guys have one act and never change the routine. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the comedians on Spirit's NYE cruise just gone.

Carnival Mardi Gras The Punchliner Comedy Club

list of carnival cruise comedians 2023

Each one will do a regular show and an R rated show over a two day period. To allow everyone to set it they will do their regular show twice and R rated three times. If Celebration follows the same pattern as Mardi Gras, you'll likely have 3-4 different comedians rotating through the venues on a 7 day cruise. I don't think I've ever been on a cruise with just 1 comedian scheduled. Unlike comedy clubs on land, there is no charge or minimum drink purchase at The Punchliner Comedy Club on Carnival.

Second Icon-Class Ship Will Have a Furry Family Member

One possible benefit to an earlier show is that such timing could accommodate a comedian’s schedule better if the ship is in port that day, with a later departure time. Thorough guest input can help cruise lines develop new products, ship designs, and options that will draw more travelers to cruise vacations. We went to his rated R show hoping it would be different but he started right in on the sex with CP jokes.

Carnival Names Comedian Jay Leno 'Godfather' to Carnival Venezia

None of the four were sidesplittingly hilarious, but they were all solid with a few laugh out loud moments. I saw all the R rated shows, but only one of the PG rated ones - the inclusion of the Christmas cracker mainstay "Why does my nose run and my feet smell" should give you an idea of the sophistication of those. I understand how hard it is to change the stage shows but hard to believe they do not insist on the performers making changes to their acts. Than a couple of days later two more comedians will do the same.

We’ve partnered with industry leaders to bring you the best deals and the most convenience. For many cruise passengers, one of the best parts of their voyage isn't the elaborate buffets, the casino bets or the booze.

The next time you see them they've added new material. It is clearly hard for them to come up with different sets for 4 different shows on the voyage. Mutzie did a lot of improv, and each show was about 80% new jokes, but Cowboy Bill did the exact same set for 4 shows on two different days.

Carnival Horizon Comedian Schedule 2024

Guests who have taken the survey have noted a wide range of follow up questions about different types of comedy, which would help the cruise line narrow down different interests for a new show offering. @TxTeach79 is on Mardi Gras and just made this post indicating there were multiple comedy shows and comedy entertainment options happening at the same time right now. I imagine Celebration will be operating similarly, as others have noted. The announcement comes just prior to Carnival Venezia's arrival to the U.S., where it will operate cruises from New York.

Only had him 1 time on the Glory in 2009 but he is hilarious! On the the Fascination trip we just got off of we had Greg Russell and Scotty K both were very good! Greg Russell has apparently been doing Carnival Comedy for around years and next to Alyn he has been the best funniest act we have seen.

The later, adults-only performances are definitely more risque and not for the easily offended, but certainly for the laugh-loving. The comedian would then be able to deliver a final performance before departing the ship. This may also be a way to bring aboard more local comics for more unique shows while a ship is in port. Yes Alyn Ball is our favorite comedian that we have seen so far on Carnival. I always check his website b-4 we are going to see if he is going to be on the ship when we are.

Ships

I have heard, that there will be comedians on Celebration in more than 1 place not just the Punchliner club. Carnival Venezia offer sailings from New York to the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda and Canada and New England through late 2024, when it repositions to Port Canaveral, Florida. Carnival also announced Leno will perform a special show for guests at Carnival Venezia's christening in New York on June 14, 2023. Agent Acts are great for Cruise Ships, Theme Parks, Performing Arts Centers, Corporate Events, Private Events, Comedy Clubs, Retirement Communities and much more.. Please review ALL available acts by clicking here ➨ “Available Acts” or one of the entertainment tabs above. Gangwaze is your one-stop destination for shore tours, pre-cruise hotels, transfers, vacation insurance & more.

Overall, I think we had 6 different comedians over the 14 day itinerary, with the comedians "swapping out" on day 7. There are two different kinds of shows offered, adults only (rated R) and family friendly (rated PG). Those under 18 are never allowed in the adults only shows (Carnival is very strict about this). There is no charge for attending comedy shows, and reservations are not required. Most Punchliner clubs offer bar service, with a special menu of rib-tickling cocktails to enjoy. Family-friendly performances tend to avoid the most controversial topics and salty language, with material suitable for younger cruisers as well as adults.

Carnival offers comedy shows nightly, often in a smaller, secondary show lounge rather than in the main theater. A cruise will usually have two to six Punchliner acts onboard (often in rotation), depending on the length of the cruise, with one to five comedy shows scheduled for each evening. A five-night cruise might have 10 shows total, whereas a nine-night sailing might offer 30 performances. Early-evening shows are deemed family-friendly, with no cursing and all-ages material.

We also had him on Splendor several months before that. His show was supremely unfunny and the guy was, frankly, a bit of a dick. When people got up to leave his show he would "have a go at them" from the stage as though it were part of the act. Asking them where they were going, why were they leaving - demanding it actually. The people ignored him, but it felt a little too much like abuse disguised as part of the act.

We didn't find him funny and have skipped his shows when he's the comedian onboard. If you check recent reviews you may have luck with finding out who has been doing sailings previous. Just off the Triumph January 3-8, 2011 sailing from New Orleans and they featured Cowboy Bill (not very funny) and Mutzie (VERY funny!!).

The former Costa Venezia is sailing for the famous Fun Ship line as part of Carnival's new "Costa by Carnival" venture. All Carnival Punchliner Comedy shows are free of charge, though some comedians are funnier when you've purchased a cocktail to sip before or during the show. The Punchliner Comedy Club is Carnival's nightly lineup of comedy acts. Actually many of the comedians we see on Carnival do the same basic show over and over again.
